SAFARI OVERVIEW

Embark on a captivating 3-day safari adventure exploring the diverse landscapes and rich wildlife of Tanzania. This journey takes you to three of the country’s most celebrated national parks: Lake Manyara, Ngorongoro Crater, and Tarangire.

DAY BY DAY ITENERARY

Day 1- Arusha - Lake Manyara

You'll be picked up from your hotel in Arusha at 8:30 AM and set off for a full-day game drive in Lake Manyara National Park, bringing along a picnic lunch. As you enter the park, the lush forests of Acacia and Mahogany trees create a perfect introduction to the adventure ahead. The game drive will continue until evening, with a break for a picnic lunch. Keep an eye out for buffaloes, giraffes, impalas, baboons, and blue monkeys. Lake Manyara National Park is also known for its elusive tree-climbing lions, though spotting them is a matter of luck. During the right season, the shoreline transforms into a stunning pink hue as millions of flamingos gather. After the game drive, you will be transferred to your lodge for meals and overnight, see Ngorongoro Farm Lodge

Day 2- Ngorongoro crater (Half Day game Drive)

After an early breakfast, descend to the crater floor for a half-day game drive. Expect to see lions, elephants, zebras, hippos, flamingos, jackals, rhinos, antelopes, and numerous bird species. The birdlife includes eagles, vultures, flamingos in the Crater Lake, storks, bats, giant vultures, sacred ibis, kori bustards, blacksmith plovers, long-necked herons, and cattle eagles. After enjoying a picnic lunch by the scenic Hippo Pool, you will begin the steep ascent to exit the crater. A two-hour drive will take you to your accommodation in Karatu, where a freshly prepared delicious dinner awaits. After several days of safari adventures, a good rest is essential. The next day, you will embark on the final leg of your safari.

Day 3- Tarangire -Arusha

On the final day of your safari, you'll start with a delicious breakfast at 8:00 AM before heading to Tarangire National Park for a half-day game drive. This park, Tanzania's third-largest, is renowned for its majestic baobab trees that tower over the animals feeding beneath them. The Tarangire River, the park's focal point, attracts some of the largest elephant herds in Africa. You may also spot lions, leopards, cheetahs, lesser kudus, buffaloes, oryx, elands, giraffes, and zebras. By mid-afternoon, you will depart for Arusha, arriving at your preferred location by around 6 PM. As you bid farewell to your team, you'll carry with you incredible experiences and cherished memories from your safari.
