DAY BY DAY ITENERARY
Day 1- Zanzibar -Arusha - Serengeti National Park
Begin your journey with a morning flight from Zanzibar to Arusha, departing at 8:00 and arriving at 11:00. From there, board your flight to Serengeti National Park and relax as Tanzania's breathtaking landscape unfolds beneath you.
Upon arrival in the Serengeti, you'll be greeted by your Wildloop Safaris driver, who will guide you on an all-day exploration of the park. Experience the thrill of following vast herds of zebras and wildebeest, spotting lions basking on rocks, catching glimpses of elusive leopards in acacia trees, and admiring the grandeur of elephants and giraffes as they graze. After game drive you will be transfered to your accomodation at Serengeti Katikati Camp.
Day 2 - Serengeti National Park
Before dawn, you'll rise early to embark on a thrilling sunrise game drive. As the sun illuminates the savannah, you’ll have the prime opportunity to witness predators in action. The cooler temperatures and dim light make it the perfect time for lions, leopards, and cheetahs to hunt, while you also catch the early movements of wildebeest, zebra, and other herbivores.
Alternatively, consider elevating your experience with a sunrise hot air balloon safari, complete with a champagne breakfast. Consult with your safari expert to add this unforgettable adventure to your itinerary.
After your remarkable morning, you'll return to the lodge for a leisurely late breakfast and a chance to freshen up. Then, with a picnic lunch in tow, you'll set off once more. Your driver will choose the optimal route based on the season and your wildlife preferences, ensuring you have the best possible opportunities to encounter the Serengeti's diverse array of animals. Day 3- Serengeti National Park - Zanzibar
After breakfast you will drive back to Airstrip. You will fly back back to Zanzibar full of wildlife memories.
